Mobility with Luisa
Move freely, feel lighter and live without constant stiffness.
Most aches and tight spots aren't fixed by stretching harder. What helps is moving better. In this course I'll guide you through five focused mobility sessions for the areas that cause the most trouble: hips, shoulders, back, ankles and hamstrings.
Each video is a follow-along session based on my experience as a physiotherapist, a former competitive dancer and a physio for the German national ski team. You'll find no complicated equipment and no forcing your body into positions, only smart, controlled movement that builds lasting range of motion and lets your body feel good again.

Lesson 1: Hip Mobility
Tight hips can affect everything from your lower back to your knees. This session opens up the front, back and sides of your hips with controlled, flowing movements, so you can move more freely in everyday life, in training and on the mat. Expect to feel looser in your stride, your squat and your posture.

Lesson 2: Shoulder Mobility
Long hours at a desk, on your phone or behind the wheel pull your shoulders forward and lock them up. This session restores healthy range of motion through your shoulders and upper back, releases tension around the neck, and helps you stand taller with less effort.

Lesson 3: Back Mobility
Your spine is built to bend, twist and extend, but most of us only use a fraction of that. This flow moves your back through all of its directions to ease stiffness, reduce aches and bring back that light, supple feeling. It's ideal for mornings or after a long day of sitting.

Lesson 4: Ankle Mobility
Ankles are the foundation of how you move. Stiff ankles can show up as knee, hip or even back problems. This session improves flexibility and control in your feet and ankles for better balance, deeper squats and more stable walking, running and jumping.

Lesson 5: Hamstring Mobility
Tight hamstrings are one of the most common complaints, and stretching harder isn't the answer. This session uses active, physio-based techniques to lengthen the back of your legs safely, ease tension in the lower back, and get you closer to that forward fold, without forcing it.
