  • Pre-recorded workouts

B. Personal & Professional Services

  • 1:1 coaching

  • Physiotherapy-related services

  • Teacher training programs

  • In-person or live online sessions

Each service category operates under different terms as outlined below.

2. Medical & Physical Activity Disclaimer

All content and services provided by Luisa Gahn are for educational and informational purposes only.

  • They do not constitute medical advice.

  • Participation is at your own risk.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or movement program.

You acknowledge full responsibility for your physical and mental well-being when participating in any service.

3. Membership Terms

  • Memberships grant access to digital content only.

  • Access is personal and non-transferable.

  • Content may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

Billing

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change with prior notice.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Online Memberships

  • All membership payments are non-refundable.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

1:1 Coaching, Physiotherapy & Teacher Training

  • Payments for personal services are non-refundable once booked.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Teacher Training Programs

  • Enrollment is limited and may require an application.

  • Program fees are non-refundable once the training has commenced.

  • Certification is not guaranteed and depends on participation and completion requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including videos, text, images, and programs — is the intellectual property of Luisa Gahn and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Luisa Gahn shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation in services, use of the Site, or reliance on content provided.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if these Terms are violated.
